A Midsummer Night’s Dream
A harmonious evening in Tuscany

Peaceful. It’s the simplest, purest way to describe the wedding of this Italian couple desiring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for their family and friends amongst the hills of Tuscany. The couple was married at the church of Pienza, where each bench was adorned with beautiful garlands of Tuscany’s symbolic olive leaves and two magnificent trees accented the exterior doors. Sharing a deep love for art and theatre, the couple chose A Midsummer’s Night Dream-influenced decor done just to the point of joviality, without intrusion. A blend of rustic lanterns and bountiful wildflowers paired nicely with vintage gold candle holders and arrangements. This event played to all of the senses. Our highlight: two live dancers represented the fairies who inhabit the forest where the play was set.
